Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using WealthWeave (“the Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WealthWeave is a personal finance platform that offers the following features depending on your subscription tier:

• Bank account and transaction aggregation via Plaid, Inc.
• Net worth tracking, spending analysis, and cash flow calendar
• AI-powered financial coaching using Google Gemini
• Financial goal setting and progress tracking
• Live equity market data via Finnhub (Pro and above)
• Live cryptocurrency market data via Kraken WebSocket (Platinum)
• Interactive market charts with historical candlestick data via Yahoo Finance (Platinum)
• WealthScore™ — proprietary financial health score derived from your linked account data (Platinum)
• Credit score simulation and credit-building action plans (Platinum)
• Tax Center 2026 — bracket estimation, forms guide, deduction catalog, and filing checklist (Platinum)
• Automated subscription detection and cancellation guidance (Platinum)
• AI-generated financial insights and spending analysis, refreshable up to 5 times per hour (Platinum)
• Investment holdings tracking — brokerage and retirement account positions via Plaid Investments (Platinum)
• Weekly financial digest emails (Platinum, opt-in)
• Fully customizable dashboard — choose which widgets are visible and set their display order, stored locally in your browser

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or credit advice. No content on WealthWeave creates a fiduciary relationship between you and WealthWeave.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By accessing or using WealthWeave, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by ineligible users.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately at support@wealthweave.co of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

During account registration and password reset, WealthWeave uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that actions are initiated by real humans and not automated bots. This verification is required to complete registration. WealthWeave will never ask for your password via email or support channels.

WealthWeave offers optional multi-factor authentication (TOTP via an authenticator app) for your account. We strongly recommend enabling it in your account Settings to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Bank Account Linking and Financial Data

WealthWeave connects to your financial institutions through Plaid, Inc., a third-party financial data aggregation service. By linking your accounts, you:

• Authorize WealthWeave and Plaid to access your account balances, transaction history, investment holdings, and related financial data
• Acknowledge that your use of Plaid is subject to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy
• Understand that WealthWeave never receives or stores your bank login credentials
• Acknowledge that your financial data may be processed by our AI features to provide personalized insights and educational information, as described in Section 6

WealthWeave’s access is read-only. We cannot initiate transactions, transfers, or payments from your accounts.

You may revoke an institution’s access at any time from the Accounts page. Revoking access removes the linked institution and stops all future data retrieval; financial data already retrieved remains in your account history until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, your financial data is removed within 30 days.

Financial data is provided by your institutions via Plaid and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. WealthWeave is not responsible for errors, omissions, or interruptions in data provided by third-party institutions or services.

6. AI Features — Coaching and Insights

WealthWeave offers two AI-powered features that use your linked financial data and the Google Gemini API. You acknowledge that:

• The AI Coach (chat) uses your account balances, transaction history, spending categories, net worth, and goals to generate personalized responses
• AI Insights (Platinum) analyzes your spending summary and net worth to generate 4 financial insight cards on demand, refreshable up to 5 times per hour
• All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• Responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
• You should consult a licensed professional before making significant financial decisions
• Data sent to AI features may be processed by Google’s API infrastructure, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy

7. Market Data

WealthWeave provides live and near-live market data for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that:

• Equity prices sourced from Finnhub may be delayed up to 15 minutes during peak trading hours on the free data tier
• Cryptocurrency prices are streamed in real time via the Kraken WebSocket API and are subject to Kraken’s availability and supported trading pairs
• Historical candlestick chart data is sourced from Yahoo Finance’s public API and is for informational purposes only
• Market data is provided for informational purposes only — it does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security
• WealthWeave is not responsible for investment decisions made based on market data displayed in the Service

8. Subscription Manager Feature

The Subscription Manager (available to Platinum subscribers) analyzes your transaction history to detect potential recurring subscriptions. You understand that:

• Detected subscriptions are estimates based on transaction patterns and may not be complete or accurate
• Cancellation links and steps are provided for guidance only — WealthWeave does not execute cancellations on your behalf
• You are solely responsible for verifying active subscriptions and completing any cancellations with the relevant service provider
• WealthWeave makes no guarantee that cancellation instructions for any third-party service are current or accurate

9. Credit Score Simulations

Credit score information and simulations provided by WealthWeave are estimates only and are not official credit scores from any credit bureau. WealthWeave is not a credit reporting agency and its credit-related features are not regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Do not rely on WealthWeave credit estimates for lending, housing, or employment purposes. For your actual credit score, contact an official credit bureau (Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion) or your financial institution.

10. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. The following applies to all paid plans:

• Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles and are processed through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor
• Monthly plans are billed at the start of each monthly period. Annual plans are billed in full at the start of each annual period and represent a savings equivalent to 2 months compared to the monthly rate
• You authorize WealthWeave to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until that date
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, unused features, or unused months remaining in an annual term
• WealthWeave reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days’ advance notice to active subscribers
• If a payment fails, WealthWeave will attempt to retry. Access to paid features may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of a failed charge

11. Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial with full feature access. Trial eligibility is permanently recorded per email address and cannot be reset by re-registering. After the trial expires, the account automatically moves to the Free tier, which provides basic access with limited features. Access to Pro and Platinum features is suspended until the corresponding subscription is activated. Returning subscribers who previously cancelled are billed immediately upon re-subscription and are not eligible for an additional free trial. Platinum subscriptions purchased directly from the pricing page are billed immediately upon checkout completion — no trial period applies.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute WealthWeave content or data
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent financial information
• Interfere with the Service’s availability or performance, including submitting excessive automated requests
• Circumvent bot-prevention measures such as Cloudflare Turnstile

13. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and trademarks comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to WealthWeave. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from WealthWeave.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WealthWeave does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Financial data, credit estimates, tax summaries, market data, and AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed.

15. Not Financial Advice

WealthWeave’s budgets, Safe-to-Spend figures, and related insights are automated estimates generated from your account data for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information provided by the service.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHWEAVE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WEALTHWEAVE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO WEALTHWEAVE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WealthWeave and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by using the self-service deletion option in Account Settings, or by contacting us at support@wealthweave.co. Sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 19 survive termination of these Terms.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against WealthWeave.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide 30 days’ advance notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
